Post Phase 14 2026 Required Educational Criteria:

All 10th, Inter (from a recognized state board), and Degree (from a recognized state university) passed candidates are eligible for the SSC Selection Posts Phase 2026 recruitment.

Eligible Citizenship/Nationality:

  • Candidates applying for the SSC Phase 14 examination must be citizens of India or hold citizenship of any of the countries listed below, as recognized by the Government of India.

Must be a citizen of India/Nepal/Bhutan

OR

  • Tibetan refugees who migrated to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of establishing a permanent residence and starting a new life.

OR

  • Candidates from the following countries who are specifically recognized by India, possess Indian roots, and have migrated with the intention of permanently settling in India are eligible.

India-recognized countries: Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam.

In accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Staff Selection Commission, the age relaxation in the upper age limit for candidates belonging to various castes/categories appearing for the SSC Phase XIV 2026 examination is specified as follows:

How to Apply Online for SSC Selection Posts Phase XIV 2026:

The Staff Selection Commission’s online application process is divided into two steps.

1. One-Time Registration (OTR)
2. Filling out the online Application Form

1. One-Time Registration (OTR):

Step 1: Open your browser and navigate to the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) official website https://ssc.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the Login or Register button, and then a pop-up window will be opened. If you are a new user, click on “Register now and complete the One-Time Registration process by entering the required details like personal details (Aadhar card, name as mentioned in the 10th certificate, gender, date of birth; father’s name, mother’s name, 10th class education details (state board, year of passing, and roll number), highest-level qualification, mobile number, and email ID.

Step 3: Once you enter all the required personal information, click on Save & Next. A registration number and temporary auto-generated password will be sent to your mobile or email ID.

Step 4: Log in to the SSC portal by using a registration number and a temporary auto-generated password and create a new password.

Step 5: After successful new password creation, we have to log in again with the registration number and the new password.

Step 6: Enter additional details like category, nationality, and visible identification marks; provide a disability certification number if you have any benchmark disability; and provide permanent and present address details.

Step 7: Save and review the information carefully and confirm your declaration, and then click on the Final Submit button.
